Exchange Policy:
- We have a 10 minute inspection policy upon delivery, in which you have 10 minutes to inspect the items in the order while the driver waits. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Items must be in their original condition, odorless with tags attached.
- Intimates, swimwear, jewelry and makeup are all final sale and non-refundable and non-exchangeable.Β
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
